1:33 What feels good. I wouldn't you like and that how to communicate that to others? Look self-love. Yeah self-pleasure the be honest masturbate at least every other day if not daily. Like seriously like yeah that shower head. It's been some time with self. You know, I used to work at a call. Enter and everybody's. So like there's this one one woman and she was young when we were only like twenty one, twenty two, and she kept her vibrator and I remember finding out what it was because I was curious why she was like about the need within the eight hour shifts to go to the bathroom and masturbate every time.
2:13 But it was a bullet and I was like well what is this? And everybody knew because you could hear it when we went go in the bathroom. If you would see her go in the bathroom, mute their phones are Now, get out their phones and go to the bathroom, so that you could hear is, she would go to the biggest all and and about, you know, if you know the bullets they were and you know, how to, you know, where to put them, she didn't need a lot of time. So anywhere between a minute to three you know, she'd be coming out so she made a lot of sales.
2:41 Oh exhales no hey that might have been her secret but thinking back to you know just turn my early twenties. How it was. It wasn't that it was taboo. It was It was very high schoolish in a way that you we laughed about it and we made fun about it and like she was known as the bullet girl, but now 20 years later I'm like, oh hey girl, you knew what you needed, she probably has fantastic sets now 20 years later but that's important. You know, that's just a silly story. Tell that related to that but she had to several times a day with an 8-hour name if you can fit in at least one time a day.
3:23 Yeah you will see a huge Improvement. Ain't ya. So hubby. You haven't rubbed one out. Rub one out for me and record it. Yes, it helped me later. I might myself, pleasure, totally.
3:39 Well, I was going to cook this about getting to the edge and coming back and and It. I will say creates lovemaking that can last for hours and he likes to do that with me and I'm like, I don't know that was the plan, but this is session. Okay, now, I'm prepared. But yes, it is hours and hours and hours, and it doesn't require a Bluetooth sound out the Bluetooth. You know, no problem. It doesn't require a me, any assistance. I mean, maybe, if you want to add, An ice shroom to the mix. That only helps especially during that time and reaching that level of pleasure and that Plateau, that's fantastic.
4:31 But as you were saying in your expertise, it it can make a very long. I need to sleep for 8 hours, the next day, kind of session and it's an evolution. That's the thing is. Yeah. I had sexual I didn't have Sexual trauma. Thank goodness. But I had a lot of sexual programming and a lot of it was because my brothers were trying to have three older brothers were very close, but my brothers were trying to specifically, the one closest to me, was really just trying to protect me. He was, you know, there's so much and I've had two, and if you want it, you're Hold tight but leg and probably an old many words but that gets embedded in it and our psyche as women.
5:28 Yes, you were there so much for the guy you're there for the guy and I like, you know, it's not a complete, it's not a complete sexual experience unless the guy you know, in Jack, you ladies like those kind of programming that even to this day, I'm like, are surfacing and I'm like, oh wow, I have that belief. I've gotta, you know, I want to meet that and thank you. Good, that's it. Got me to this point, but it's not serving me now, so by process of healing. Yes, and I love that. So, how would you if I came to you?
6:00 And I said, how do I build a loving fulfilling accepting supportive empowering relationship? Yeah. What, you know, if I'm a new client and you say, well what are you here for? And that's what I put on the table, what? Yeah, your secrets are what are yours. Steps that you provide to someone with that boat. That question. So I would start with and this is my intake form. What have your past relationships? Been like, let's let's do an evaluation. Let's look at what has happened. We have to know where we've been to know where we want to go.
6:40 So I would find out all about the past experiences. Is there a pattern in the relationships? Is there a pattern in the break? Cups. What was your relationship like? What did you see model to you? These are the questions that I would ask because we need to know what my job first is, is to understand what landscape. I'm working with what we have, because, every single time without fail, you can always connect current relationship with the beliefs and programs that are underneath so practice, running them.
7:16 So, that's what we need to find out. So, I say this, Secret. What we need to look at is what's going on within you? And then we go to the place where we do deep reprogramming. I use this technique. It's an energetic technique where I actually witness the beliefs deprogramming being deleted, from the subconscious and being reprogrammed with other beliefs. Now, I'm a witness to that and things start to shift it. Things start to shift as we, you know, work through like our, I do specifically eight weeks and then have maintenance grants from men, but that's where we start.
7:57 We start with, Where Have You Been? What has been your experience? Let's start to connect all the pieces and a lot of the clients are like, oh my God. You're right. Like that Dynamic that I had with my father is playing out in my relationships and I never had connected that, and once we know what that is, then we can do the deprogramming in the reprogramming. We had a client where you thought they this was on the surface level, like, that breakthrough was too easy and that kind of leads to they were aware of this already.
8:31 Maybe there's a type of person that needs somebody else to verbalize it, or to validate it for them to have that the complete breakthrough for somebody that's like, this is gonna take way more than these eight sessions. Like, you're not only to realizing or you're fighting me again. Since, you know, the growth and and and the Deep reflection that we need to have, have you had either one of those both but I have more of the first kind because you know I only take a because I'm so in there with them I only take a couple clients.
9:11 So I do an interview before and and really just because I want to make sure that I can show up and help you and I will not take on a client. I feel like I'm not person or that person or that person is not quite at the place where they are ready and they want it. But I will say there's been many clients who may be the first couple weeks are like, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. And I just hold the light for them. I just told the container 11 methyl response of Being Human Being. It's um yeah.
9:45 Oh you you build up this really your brain. It's that mean our brains are the most Wonderous know, it's a part of our being but there's so many layers. So it's your brain automatically putting up a sense of Defense because that's what you're used to. Yes, you know to protect you. So and I have to say this to those listeners if you are in at the part of having a session with somebody like Kerry is going to be beneficial then take the leap and do it and be aware that some working with somebody like Carrie, that's who you want to find.
10:19 Because Not about the money aspect for her. It's not about. Let me take on as many clients as possible. And like I said, you know, make the most money or to what they see is, you know, lucrative to or fruitful for them. I love that. You just said, I'm going to take the time and I'm going to spend the time with you, and that's why you only take one a couple at a time. Yeah, that's super important to all of you out there that are looking through, whether it's talk therapy or an alternative form of therapy or something, you know, service like the carry provides.
10:49 Super important to make sure that the person that's providing you with that care, has you as a focus and has your well-being and your growth as a focus? Not the cash app or whatever else that you're going to send to them at the end of each session that it does take an investment? Yeah, it does, it does take an investment. I mean, he helped even if I could do it for free, I don't think I would because I think you got to have some skin in the game. Yeah. And I find a lot of people come to me after A breakup where the pain is, like I can't do this anymore like I the pain of and the fear of going through my healing is actually less painful than the pain that I'm feeling at the fifth break up, that's sending the same way and I just, I just can't deal with this anymore and I, you know, and that's what I say is like, what?
11:43 What would your life? Now if you took the leap and reached out to someone as opposed to not doing that and living in the pain and continue living in the pain and the one thing that I'll say is like I'm working why I think it's important to work with someone is it? I'll just speak for myself is that I am like your biggest cheerleader and supporter but I also push you. I just gotta wait very honest, I feel like I feel like you will take the time to be like Cut the bullshit with this, how I would probably say it but let's be honest.
12:21 Like, what's your accountability in this situation, what part did you have to play in it? And we ask that, you don't need somebody to always be your cheerleader. You need a good balance of both. Yes. Because so many of us becomes like experts at putting on a facade and you know tricking so many people that it becomes a normal action and part of what we do. In communication with others. Yeah. So I love that. You have that. You're not scared, you know, enough to be able to see somebody and go, I see you for the bullshit that you're pulling.
12:59 Let's let's pull back and let's deal with that before we move forward. Yes. And at the same time, I am also seeing them for the true that they are. That's the thing is I'm holding that. I'm like I see that you're being risen. You're getting resistant and I'm going to push you. But I also know who you really are. You really are not the broken nests at You think you are, you're really whole and complete your just covered by all this crap that we need to release and uncover to find the truth of who you are.
13:33 So I hold both of those when I work with people. Yeah. It's just interesting that How easily were programmed by Society media, things like that, to a relationship is supposed to be a certain way or you're supposed to act a certain way. And yet there's billions of people in this world is not possible for everybody to act the same way. And at the same time, you're told Individuals of individuality is a good thing but yet they still want you to act the same way as everybody else. Yeah. Yeah. I mean if anyone said I'm not good at relationships or I can't do relationships or even like I can't do monogamy writer.
14:23 I can't do polyamory, right? It's like, you know, from that statement that you're putting yourself in a box of thinking it needs to be a certain way and you need to Be a certain way, but when you let go of all of those expectations and yes, like the most freeing experience so freeing and then you start feeling successfully relationships. You're like, oh well, I'm a mom who doesn't make cute sandwiches. But I'm a mom who loves to lay with their kids and talk about the world and talk about life and and say, I'll accept you for whoever you bring home, you can be attracted to boys girls, you know, none.
15:04 Binary whoever, I don't care. I love you. And that's who I show up as a mom. And then I start feeling successful, because my kids say mom, I'm so glad I have you as a mom. I'm so glad that you're my mom. That you accept me that you love me, you know? Then like I start to feel like, I'm giving them what they need, and they're gettin. And I'm showing up in the way that's truthful to me. And then that you get in that success Loop instead of the failure Loop, like, fuck, I should have been better at that conversation Crap.
15:35 I should have just showed up in this way. Damn, I should feel happy for my partner when he goes away with his girlfriend. Like you know what I mean? So it's like all of those should haves. It's like it is it puts you in that failure Loop which just makes you feel crappy. Yeah, yeah. And and that plays into every relationship that you have and every role that you play I think that What you do and even though, you know, you focus on relationships and intimate relationships, it goes into so many other aspects of relationships that you have in your life.
16:12 And once you start to identify that, and I think intimacy and, and the relationship and understanding and reflection of self are great ways to start. Because those are really the most prevalent relationships that you have in an in your life. You know, yourself, the love that you have for yourself, the relationship with yourself with Those Intimate Relationships, whether that be in a marriage or best friend or whatever it may be, those are great places to learn about yourself. That's a good starting point and you're right.
16:43 They do affect all of the relationships because I can't tell you how many people have gotten through those eight weeks and they have a totally different relationship to their job or they start looking for another job or their an entrepreneur, and they have a ton of business that starts to come in because it's all we are. It's all works together. You know, their relationship with their parents starts to shift or with their kids, or with their friends, you know, where their relationship to the outside world, through social media, or whatever.
17:12 It is, everything starts to change. Because again, we're not working on that person over there. Who screwed you over or that person over there, who's a jerk. We're working on me or working on programs and most people have programs that they haven't done the word. Most people have these foundational program. That once healed their whole life opens up and that is I'm not enough. I'm not loved, I am not good enough. I'm not accepted, I can't be who I am. A lot of people don't even know what love is what real genuine you know.
17:49 So affirming love is and so, you know, I'm not wanted I'm not like like let's say a person comes in and they weren't wanted. The pregnancy wasn't wanted. Well, It gets encoded into and that. Yes and so you're like why do I feel unwanted every single one of my relationships and that's what I love about the modality and work with because it's pretty instant it's really quick. I love that you mentioned that because people don't understand the power of that you're making a life and that life is getting his sustenance and is nutrients and it's whole code and who they are as a person is being made up based off of yourself.
18:31 Owls, and your energy. And whatnot. It's much more than the nutrition you put in your body, like, physically and food and vitamins. It's the energy that you're providing and now, boom is a home for nine months. Yeah. So you think about where you want to live for nine months? Do you want to live somewhere that is supportive and that, you know, it's making you a better person or do you want to live somewhere and I'll far back up lack of a better example right now like live with three evil stepsisters and easily.
19:01 No, I suspect you want to live that kind of negative environment. Same place for womb. Yeah which I think there's power behind the word womb if you really think about it and what the purpose of it is but yes I what you have to say everything that's up to say. I just resonates with me so much and I'm so happy that we were connected, you know, this University able to bring us together because then you are one of my best friends in my head now but I definitely want people to tap into your podcast and your website.
19:37 I know that your podcast you have a relationship diversity podcast.com. Yep. So very easy for you there. What's your website? So my website is just my name, carried our slow.com and you can connect with me there. I'm also on Instagram and Tick-Tock if you search my name, you should be able to find it and really if someone feels like called to this kind of work because it is deep work, but if someone feels called to it just send me an e-mail e-mail at my name Carrie, I carry geração.com and let's connect because, oh gosh, you know, when you work with someone and then like, six months later, they come to you and say I met my soul, mate, a together, we're moving in and this and, oh my gosh, it's just so fulfilling and and I know that it's possible.
20:33 I know that it's possible because seriously, I'm, I remember being in my 250 square foot, apartment in New York City, and crying my eyes out. Thinking there is no way relationship, whatever happened to me, and I don't think I was with his girlfriend who I was like, are you serious? After my parents broke up and listening to Sade listening to No Ordinary Love. And they're just that whole CD just holding my knees. Bad and all by myself. That was like my sad, my sad music during that time, but you see where you are now.
21:09 Because that's and you can relate to that, you mentioned, you mentioned soul, mate and what you were just saying, yes. We're going to put before I move forward. We're going to put all her contact information and the show notes and everything. So if you guys, you know, weren't able to get any of that, we'll have the information for you. You can DM me contact us. We'll make sure to get you In connection. But what is your definition of a soulmate? And there's a lot of people that say there's no such thing.
21:42 Then there's people that say you have more than one. What do you feel about all of those? Yeah, every ideas I feel like so I Define soul mates. As someone who You me? And you say, I feel like I know you, okay? There's a familiarity to it and I believe a soul mate is just a part of your soul family. So I think you can have like I used to have two Australian Shepherds and the boy I called him. Sweet boy. He was my soulmate. You do my eyes. You can see my soul. He would just know where I was at like that.
22:23 That's how I feel. Is like a soul mate is a And action, that that surpasses the body. It's something that's almost inexplicable and intangible that is a connection that feels really nourishing and I do believe that you I know that I have soul mates with lots of different people and I think that it's it's too much pressure to think that you only have one soul mate is like only one person. I'm never going to have my soulmate and It's ice. I don't, I don't personally prescribed to that, and maybe it's because that doesn't make me feel good.
23:04 I don't like that. It feels like too much pressure, but also because I'll say, like, my first husband was my soulmate. My current husband is my soul mate. And I feel like my other partners, my soulmate and my kids are my soulmate, is how you define it and everybody plays a different position within different aspects of your. Existence, I love that you that. But yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's okay. I think people try to put so many in a intimate or love. Pepper relationship only. And so then because we all think that you can't ever be in love.
23:42 It's not possible to be in love with more person at the time, which isn't true. Love isn't endless. It doesn't have a cap on the abundance that you can spread. Yeah. That's why I like spreading love is, you know, like, my husband says my hippie side. I'd coming out in me, but there was some truth that that Euler's their own tooth on that. So, I love that. You mentioned that you said that, and that you're able to give some inspiration in some forethought to individuals, that maybe don't think that way, or they're confused about how they feel about more than one person.
24:15 Whether it's romantically or whether it's, you know, your child or whatever, whatever, maybe it's okay because it's different levels. But I love your definition of it too. Because, you know, the The whole Auntie Google definition really adds to the programming of how people Define soul mates. And then once again the program I've been how loves the find. Yeah, or spiritual connection. They don't add that into it at all, you know, really, but spirituality and whole and being holistic in your thoughts and your living.
24:54 That's really the way that we're supposed to exist.
24:59 You know, and I said this probably an hour ago, I could talk to you for like six more hours, but before I go off on another tangent by ask another question, we're gonna go ahead and you guys, you can find her information, she's definitely going to be in my other podcast. So if you guys want to hear more of, you know I call them just mic drop statements and beliefs and knowledge and education. Then definitely follow up with me and I'll make sure to let you guys know when she will be on the other podcast because I think we've touched upon so many things that it can go into the soul mates and swingers podcast, but it definitely will have a impact, you know, and a larger impact I think, on some of our, my other platforms and being able to spread the message is what's important because women are the storytellers we've been the storytellers and the keepers of the truth.
25:57 and, And I'm going to say Conformity but just that sense of community and that knowledge we've been the holders of that since the existence of time. And this is why podcast like this and podcasts like carries and why women and podcasting is so imperative because we are the ones that are able to tell those stories and and share that inspiration and spread the love. Yeah, my happy face. But carry what we like to Do for the end of the episodes. Is we like to actually have you leave a mic drop, so one last whip, one last you know motto one last piece of information that you're going to leave everybody with and that's going to lead to like the Kanye Mike or Kanye West kind of my crop.
26:49 So the floor is yours. Hmm. I would love to encourage you out there, whoever's listening to really start to question all of the programming. When you say the word should, or would, or I should ask, where is that coming from? Because when you are able to release all of that programming, that isn't even you and isn't even you. And then in Race who you really are and then show up in your relationships as your unique cell meeting your unique partner or Partners to create a unique relationship. You will be so free to explore to have Adventures to grow to evolve and to have that intimate connection that we all want.
27:50 We want To feel like we belong. We want to feel loved, we want to feel accepted and that's the way to get there. Yes, that's my crop hubby. Whatever that sound in in post Preston. He had to Scurry your way of second ago to get to a basketball game from the local University. So he wanted me to provide you with all of the love. Just I'll just got out. Sign. He was very very very just impressed. Not only impressed but extremely entertained by this conversation. I'm should see his notes. I wish I could show you is pager notes here that he has, but I want to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it.
28:42 I'm you have done more than entertained me, there's a sense of Education. There's a sense of validation and the connection that I feel with you. Is is amazing. That's one of the things that I love about podcasting and meeting individuals. Like, like yourself is just knowing that there is a larger community and there's people within the community that have the same mission that Lord and I do which is to educate and provide you the option. And the know how to elevate the quality of your life. The way that you see fit.
29:19 Yeah. And if it includes having better sex than God, I am happy because I really want to help people have better sex number and just better intimacy. But yeah, I want to thank you guys please. If anything that carry his shirt today, you know, intrigues, you stirred, something deep within your soul, Reach Out start by following her and social media, you know? And then as your journey dictates that allow yourself to reach out and contact her, for any assistance, help guidance, whatever it is that you may need, I am very thankful and appreciative and grateful to the universe.
30:01 Like I said for allowing this connection to happen. This is part of the reason why I podcast not only to share my experiences but to gain the knowledge that I gained when having awesome guest co-host like yourself. So thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh my gosh, this is been so nourishing for me and I'm just so thankful to be connected and then you're going to come on my podcast. Yes.
