31 Hey. I wanted to touch upon the and say that. I'm really amazed that you have such a wide range within the clients and the clientele in different situations that you may be of clients which may be helping. I did want to ask because you've mentioned a couple of times your clients and it's been a male, are you finding more males are coming for assistance or coming for help? Because it seems like there is a more of a Because it's okay to get help to, to get, you know, to to talk to someone now II. Think what I'm saying is that it seems like a lot more males are taking advantage of either site, you know, therapy or you know, Etc care like yours and and treatment like yours.
24 I'm finding as my client, is it? My clientele is still mostly female. I absolutely love working with male, a tie on a different level. I love working with of users because I believe in Breaking the cycle of abuse and I am a big proponent of big advocate of it, is the person who is an abuser and in one aspect of that person's life of it's a male or female because this bull able to have the right health and the right tools. They can change their life and the life of the people around them, and it's not a purpose, not just a personal, when it's a societal.
03 When we ran together, sending somebody to jail and then them coming back and have to rehabilitate that child, having to say that their pet, that that would and Mom wasn't really. There's so much trauma associated with all of it, and then Financial strain all of it. So, being able to to educate people, provide, Tools like I work with both. So in that same breath I find that men are coming to me more on the psychological aspect of who they are really at the help that they need. For example the person going through a breakup working on himself, the dad working on a better relationship so it's relation relationship management, communication management effective communication and a lot of psychology People work, there's still a little bit of a I guess taboo from a man to come for forward and saying, hey I am having an issue sting hard or I have projected Nation to come to a woman and talk about that and talk about that.
15 I have it. I have men coming to me and saying it, but then I can see a little bit of the resistance of I'm a very nurturing, very shy. Very blunt person and it's super easy to put people to talk to you. So those barriers are drop very quickly once they talk to me. But there are also some times where see things to men and I don't have I don't have some male genitalia and I said certain things and they're like I don't know if this girl actually know for example I usually and I have a lot of clients like that and I talk to them but then you have that odd person that's like That's true that a male ejaculate in the male orgasm.
57 So two different things that they've been because they've been experiencing it most of their life together. They ask you to be the same and they don't know that it's a difference. So they can actually have multiple orgasm body, orgasms full-on orgasms 30 minutes, orgasms and knowledge accurate, and then, and the difference is that wine. You have to produce sperm, and the energy that's required. The resource. That's required for that is a lot. Yeah. And once you're done, you're tired and you need to replenish and have nutrition and sleep liquids.
34 Whereas if you're in that practice of understanding your body and being able to separate the two, you can go on for hours and and have sex way more and have longer more pleasure, more and more areas of your body. And it's also a great form of control. Reception. Yeah. And that is kind of what the blatant or a latent that blatant but latent understanding of how being having tantric sex or practicing that you know that form of intimacy is It's super important. I think that everybody can do it. It doesn't have to be this thing where it's like I know when I've talked about it before, people are like oh who talked about their before like staying or something.
24 You know, he was like the the poster boy for, you know for believing or being a member of the tantric sex Community. Yeah. It was a huge, thank you. Ma'am. May or may not remember but anyways it it's important because the what from what understanding of what I love about that is each person is sharing this energy of I care about you and I care about, you know you're who you are as a person, your energy your soul but also care about your pleasure and you are being so you know reciprocal and that idea and that is powerful when you know that your partner is In the most extreme amount of ecstasy.
16 Seeing you be in the most extreme amount of ecstasy. It's something so powerful to it and it teaches you how to be selfless, and you're compassionate as well. So it's not only building up something for you sexually, but it's actually helping to strengthen really good characteristics and things to embody as a person. Overall, I think in just my, my basic But that's what it says to me, you know, when you're able to do that and that's the why would be important for somebody to like you say first understand who you are, what your needs are.
53 You know, basically, like we said why you do what you do you were right 2014 Sting talks about a seven-hour 10 10 6 x with trudie styler on ABC News. See great memory, I remember things. So for our listeners So what is Tantra? Thank you. Let me, let me take that one because I like to differentiate. So, all of these things are great. They are fools. Tantra, is a Sanskrit word that can Loosely be translated in English to technology or two. So, to have a tantric life, it means that you are living in a in a in a space of awareness and Consciousness and that you have intention before an action.
43 So that's what a means to me. Sachs is one part of Tantra and all of this time, trick lifestyle or tantric sex or country, good explanation and living and practices, they are 1 million of what Tantra is about. So, basically Tantra is a, is a way of living. So if I have to compare it to something, it's like, okay, I'm gonna teach you how to make authentic life. I'm going to teach you the basics of culinary art. I'm going to teach you how to surf a how to chop. Shop how to steam and all of the different ways of making food and then all of these things.
22 Like, for example, the seven-hour sex, or the things that you were saying earlier, those are just recipes and recipes, can be altered change based on your skill, preference, how you like to eat it, but what is the principle of it? The principle of it is having intention before during an action. So that's what Tantra essentially means. And then all everything else that's going on. The web page, that is now is A combination of somebody taking tantric, sex sex out of the hole tatra and then subcategorize in it and then having different teachings around or above stir around the world including breathwork and and they all work.
02 But for you to get there, like, I much rather and power and teach people how to cook and then they can go and make their own recipes and test and see what they like and they look like, you know, so that's the difference between Between everything that you see online about Tantra, where the way that I teach you that, I explain it to people, I bring it to your world. Where do you live in the world? Who are you? What do you like sexually? How can we take, who you are? And you'll spend your personal practice that you already cultivate and make it more tantric without having to have seven hours sex without having to go for a whole three months of initiation with, you know, different practices that might be super Warranty.
46 So, how do you initiate yourself into that? And then once you have that is something around. You saw testing it you go deeper into it and maybe you know, you or to you want to go forth attempted Festival, you want to go for a retreat or you want to go learn deeper things but you you've known your body and what your body, your psyche, your partner, your energy is relating in that space first, you know, yourself first, and then you can go out. And that's what I was saying earlier when I said that.
16 That there are a lot of people that they would either go see a sex expert for very specialized thing where they having an issue or they want to now 10 tries coming. Very popular or I don't know if you guys heard the term Kundalini so which is basically Sexual Energy moving through your spine. So there's things are there's like different breath work and exercise different eye gazing, so many things that fall under that umbrella and somebody that hasn't been in touch with themselves. They don't know how to communicate properly.
46 Have okay, relationship management. They don't know that self. That great. It goes from one side to jumping into that without having a good foundation of their own sexuality is dangerous. Very much. So, I mean, when you, when you're speaking the thing that just resonates to me is that once again, I kind of backed, it's coming full circle each. These are each Building blocks of the foundation of being the best, you and truly living the most Optimum Wellness that you can, because once you are good at one portion, then that's going to trickle down to everything.
30 I said the other aspect of your life so your teachings and the way that you, you know, work with your clients really, what it really says to me is that when they're complete or when they walk away they're not only going to be better for. The specific, maybe say the the sexual growth or you know or the initial thing that they came to you for they're going to walk away just a better person and because of that and understanding who they are, that's going to be able to make them have better communication, better relationships, you know, probably the, you know, the, you know, the ability to do what they really want in life to pursue make to pursue their passion, and their purpose.
12 So I think your You know, what you do for people, if they really take Aang and get out of it, everything that they can. It's just an overall Improvement to your life and who you are. As a whole and that's has to be super rewarding. It is. Yeah. It's and I think that through this conversation, that's what people should take away from it. Like it's just it's unfolded in a way that it's showing you that one aspect that you may think is so my new or that we've been told is not important is so very important and intertwines with your overall happiness and I think I love that.
57 Why is sexuality and important topic? Overall I mean I just explain part of what I've taken away from this conversation from like I said, you know, working with you would be. But if you could just And I quick, you know, Center to explain why it is so important because it's connected to emotional intelligence and your self-worth and how you present yourself in the world. The person that has those there Kink about feet. If he has been if he would when when he had that she might attach to it and he could not talk to anybody about it and he lived his life that way for decades.
43 This is how you showed up at work with that burden of Shame and guilt. This is how we should have been relationship. So he never fully lived to the full potential that he could have, because he was carrying guilt and shame around the topic that was not his fault like that. There's so many people dealing with Trauma that are connected to their sexuality. That's not necessary from sexual trauma and they are experiencing their life lose lenses. And by reverse engineering, that and understanding the source and resolving it, you're elevating your life, in every aspect, including your finances, including your relationship, including your relationship with, self your colleagues.
30 It's just transform who you are and our experiences, and how we, you know, how we were. Raised its it definitely is going to live, leave an imprint and it definitely molds and forms who we are. But that doesn't mean that has to be who you are forever and that you know what, a certain time we stop that growth and and that that transformation. I think that's very important for people to understand as well. And so I wanted to kind of touch upon. I wanted to ask how much do you think culture? Plays into people's development of the self worth and, you know, plays into their actions, especially into the development of their sexuality.
16 Huge, huge, all of these things play into it culture religion, our media, it's too big part and so I need to work with someone if they feel like that's super important and they're very strong and dedicated Add to the culture that they were raised in the religion, maybe plays into that. How do you approach somebody to let them know that it's okay, that you are you staunchly Resolute and your beliefs that way, but this plays into this void, or this this block, this obstacle that you're currently, you know, approaching and and how to get them to break down and understand that there's learning, and there's changes that need to be made based upon, you know, they're their culture, their religion, their upbringing, The person has to want to change the person has to want to, I cannot do anything for anybody that's just they have an issue and they don't want a solution or they don't watch to work with the solutions that are being offered.
28 So number one is, I need the person to want that and once the person has identified, that that's something that they want to work in their life, whether it's just relationship sometimes. It's it just being able to communicate with your partner or finding a partner because all of the partners you've had in the past didn't work out. So if you don't make a change on yourself you're going to attract the same thing. You know. The definition of insanity, right? Yeah. So so it comes back to that, it comes back to being open, being coachable, being willing to hear different perspective and It might shop is purely educational.
14 I'm here to provide you with tools and to help you build the tool box to fit within the parameters of your culture, your life and what you want. So I'm not, I'm not here to change that. I'm not here to just get to provide facts and truth and reality and then tools education. Then you see how that fits within the parameters of Your religion, your culture, and take it from there like that. And that's I think what should be the definition of a true treatment plan or you know it's working together like there's going to be steps to it and part of its going to be a realization time and maybe this isn't going to be the most comfortable time but you have to be willing to work through that to get to the end result.
01 Yes. Yeah. And so if you're not, then honestly wasting your time and and your time, you know, there's there's somebody else who could be willing and ready To, you know, to approach that exactly. I have a currency. So she has two kids under the age of 21, it's about 14 months. And the other one is a baby and huge difference in the video between her and her partner. Also, she comes from a line of different abuse and Trauma so, My wallet is not to say that. Hey, I'm gonna my role is to educate and Empower her to get connected to herself to read you to identify, who she is, where she wants to be.
49 What are the things that she wants to work on herself first? And because I co-own Mind Body Spirit. Within the one thing that I don't do is I don't go and try to make it work or not work with her partner, the better version of herself is going to make the informed decision. Of how to handle a relationship, how to pull down, trees, have to have communication, what are the new things that are acceptable and not acceptable for her? How she was that out? So it's really empowering her and the most she's learning about letting go of a trauma working on herself, just covering her body.
28 The motion can go back to the hospital, talking about how she wants to be in that relationship sexually and black is their future together. Going to look like And that could I I have no idea how it's going to progress. That could be them saying, you know what, we're going to open our relationship and give a this this this and this parameter and we're going to move this way or it can be. I want to have a different sexual lifestyle with you and it tells this this and this or it might be, you know what, let's go parent and decide if we want to continue having that kind of a relationship.
08 Bishop in the future that involves sex and then take it again in a few years and and reassess it could go anywhere. But at the end of the day, that's something that she has to be empowered to make on her own without being influenced by me or anybody else. Yeah. And for her to be able to do that, she needs to be grounded in who she is and work on herself because void to be authentic and an actionable. It has to be coming from a place of to understanding a desire. To want to make that change and to be able to share that growth that you experienced with someone else.
46 And then have that relationship grow have that communication grow and be where your rightfully supposed to be. We all deserve to really live the quality of life that we see fit and whenever our definition is and to hinder ourselves Is probably the I don't want to say the dumbest but just the, the most damaging thing that we can do, and probably the most damaging activity. Yeah. So that's about. Yes, yes, yes. Thank you think that we do and we do it. So commonly that we just we don't realize it and then we have questions.
29 We wonder why our life is the way that it is, you know, and it's so easy to To place blame on someone else or something else that you see tangible. Instead of really going. Okay, what is it? Like let me let me go ahead and take control of it. There are certain things within the universe that we do have control over. I say all the time we everything that happens to us is pretty much already determined self-determined. The universe is like getting your puzzle piece, your this part of the puzzle and get in there and do what you're supposed to do.
02 But a lot of what happens to us is within our control. When we just understand how to work within the universe, how to work within ourselves as As biological beings and to know that we don't always have the answer. But the good thing about our existence and life was that we're always looking for the answer. And that's how I think you really live a fruitful life. And so I, you know, there's this huge push towards mental health. I've said this in a couple of other our recent episodes the focus on sexual.
45 Oil health and wellness, and well-being, has to be as prevalent we have, yes? Yes, yes, yes. And even a being a portion of mental health that is, you know, our sexual health. So we have to start correlating those two instead of separating them and putting one above the other, you know, people want to make sure that Financial Health is good. They work out they eat. Well, you know, they they by all means are doing everything to live a glued. A good clean healthy life but they're not focusing on their sexual well-being and how important that is to being whole you know, as a human.
29 So I could talk to you just 9,000 of the questions but I'm gonna I'm not gonna do that because we'll be here for like ever. So I I do like to ask our guest co-host to end each episode. With a mic drop. So it is your last piece of information, your little nugget you know of knowledge whatever you would like to leave upon the audience. Yeah and the floor is yours. Thank you thank you thank you. Thank you. I will leave with one relationship advice and this advice works for Romantic sexual non-sexual non-romantic any type of relationship that you have in your life.
21 It's a beautiful advice that helps you keep that person in your life. When somebody is venting and they come home or they had a really shitty day and I'm going to use the word should be and they are coming to and they own that terrible Place. Ask them in that moment if you're looking for a friend 2 verse 2, or if they're looking for advice and by just communicating that and asking that question saves marriages, because if that person in this moment they just want to vent. It don't care about your personal advice and how to solve that solution.
01 And sometimes we all knew that being able to know that beforehand and you just are just there as a support. You're listening, you're providing love, you're providing Comfort, you're providing an ear. Then if the person wants to help, They want solution. They want advice, you can provide that and that's it. This is, this is my number one trip and tool for any kind of successful relationship. I love it. I love it. I think that it really brings down to things that we learn in Like Preschool or, you know, from Sesame Street, type thing comfortable with who you are and be comfortable with others.
42 And just be nice and kind and understand the role on this big rock together trying to figure things out. And the best way to start is to really know who you are. I make sure that you are living the best. That you can, and it is within your control, I love what you were doing for, you know, for others and for people out there and the information that you're sharing the knowledge, you know, your energy is just overflowing in there is just an abundance of just positivity. So I want to thank you for what you're doing within, you know, this journey.
